HOW LONG CAN I BOOK FOR?
WHEN DO I SIGN MY CONTRACT?
Your Residential Tenancy Agreement (RTA) will be sent to you as soon as your deposit has been received.
HOW OFTEN DO I PAY MY RENT?
Rent is due every two weeks, paid in advance.
HOW CAN I PAY RENT?
Rent can be paid via bank transfer or direct debit through our easy-to-use portal.
WHAT ARE MY UPFRONT COSTS TO SECURE MY BOOKING?
IS THERE PARKING ON-SITE?
Yes, we offer secure on-site car parking for $90 per week. Prefer two wheels? Motor bike parking $50 per week, bike storage is free of charge.
WHAT'S INCLUDED AT JUNO HOUSE?
Your rent covers everything-utilities like electricity, water, wifi, and gas (except for laundry). Plus, you’ll have access to our awesome communal spaces, including a 24/7 gym, sauna, games room, community kitchen, meditation room, and more!
